GTES-12P gas turbine generator set rated at 12 MW
GTES-12P packaged gas turbine generator set is designed to produce and supply power for industrial and domestic consumption. GTES-12P genset can use associated oil gas as a fuel providing its utilization at oil & gas production and processing sites.
The genset can be used as the main or stand-by power supply, independently or in parallel with other electric power supply sources.
Waste heat recovery is provided in a boiler: hot water and steam (operation in GTU-CHP or PGU-CHP regimes).
Description
The genset has a simple and convenient in maintenance design, which consists of modules. The main component of the generator set is GTU-12PG-2 gas turbine. The genset is completed with all necessary maintenance systems and auxiliary accessories.
In GTES-12P design advanced technologies were used as well as rich experience of OJSC Aviadvigatel gained from development and operation of gas turbines and generator sets .
GTES-12P genset can be operated at simple, cogeneration and steam-gas cycles, at base, semi-peak or peak loads.
Such companies as Surgutneftegaz OJSC, Lukoil-Zapadnaya Sybir Co. Ltd. and Gazprom Neft OJSC widely use GT generating sets for associated petroleum gas recovery that reduces oil production costs and provides minefields infrastructure with reliable power. Also it helps to solve environmental problems by eliminating hazardous emissions into atmosphere that are generated during associated gas burning in flares.
