Financial, economic and manufacturing departments of Perm Engine Company JSC have been strengthened by appointments from managerial staff reserve
In January "Perm Engine Company" JSC (PMZ JSC) experienced some changes in the company's leadership. Based on "PMZ" JSC Board of directors' decision dated 15.01.2010, in order to bolster the operational efficiency and improve the control in the sphere of financial and economic provisioning of the manufacturing program, Aleksey Pogorelov was appointed as Director of Finance, Dmitry Ovsyannikov - Director on Economy and Aleksey Mikhalev - Director of Manufacturing System Development. Mikhail Tugaev will take office of the Deputy Manufacturing Director - Head of Contract Management and Planning Center.
All managers are included into the managerial staff reserve formed in December 2009 within the "United Engine- Building Corporation" (UEC).
Marina Portnaya, former Director of Finance - Deputy Director of PMZ JSC transfers to "United Engine Building Corporation" Managing Company Ltd as an Adviser Director General. According to UIC "Oboronprom" the appointments have been made according to the corporation personnel policy focused on promotion of the staff reserve and formation of the effective management teams at UEC companies. The newly assigned managers are challenged to develop and implement a plan of operational changes at PMZ JSC as part of the company's current management team to increase the performance efficiency.
