In the assembly shop of Perm Engine CompanyLUKOIL-Zapadnaya Sibir OJSC cooperates with many equipment manufacturers both foreign and native. Our collaboration with Aviadvigatel OJSC started in 2001. At that time the first power generation consisted of three GTES-4 with their total power of 12 MW was put in the service in Severo-Gubkinskaya. In March 2007 this oil and gas field got Ural-6000 GT genset based on CTU-6P.
In 2008 the largest power plant of own generation was built in Yugra settlement of Khanty-Mansi autonomous okrug. In March GTES-72 based on EGES-12S power generating modules with total power of 72 MW started operation in Vat'-Yoganskoye oil and gas field. In June 2009 was put in service Tevlinsko-Russinskaya power plant with power of 48 MW consisting of four EGES-12S power generating modules.
In September of the same year at Pyakyakhinskoye field of Khanty-Mansi autonomous okrug GTES-24 based on four generating modules GTES Ural-6000 with 24 MW power was put in industrial operation.
During 8 years of cooperation fourteen Perm gas turbines with total power of more than 140 MW have broadened power potential of our enterprise. One should note an efficient and accurate work of Aviadvigatel specialists during installation and commissioning works.
In the operation room, GTES-72. Vat'-Yoganskoye oil and gas field
GTES-72 GT genset in Vat'-Yoganskoye oilfield was built during record-breaking terms - during 11 months from contract negotiation. The same terms have been observed during building of GTES-48 in Tevlinsko-Russkinskoye oilfield.
Gas turbines manufactured by Aviadvigatel OJSC successfully provide facilities belonging to LUKOIL-Zapadnaya Sibir OJSC with power energy. By the beginning of November 2009 there have been fixed no failures of material base. The full running time of gas turbine equipment is more than 240 thousand hours at the present day. During the operation Perm equipment has completely confirmed its project characteristic, reliability and high manufacturability.
Exploiting of Perm GT equipment endows the program of associated oil gas utilization.
