Konitlorskoye deposit oilfield. It has been just there where the first Perm power gas turbines have been installed
for needs of Surgutneftegaz OJSC
The cooperation between Surgutneftegaz OJSC and Aviadvigatel OJSC in the area of local power generation started in 2000 year from designing and commissioning for Konitlorskoye deposit oilfield of Surgutneftegaz GT genset No.1 with six power generating modules on basis of D-30EU-2 engine with total rated power 24 MW.
At the present moment company's facilities exploit:
- 6 GTU-4P gas turbines based on D-30EU-2 gas turbine engines in the structure of GTES-1 of Konitlorskoye deposit oilfield;
- 6 GTU-12PG-1 gas turbines based on PS-90GP-1 gas turbine engines of 84-00-802-07 version in the structure of KS-42 and KS-44 compressor stations of Fedorovskoye deposit oilfield;
- 13 GTU-12PG-2 gas turbines based on PS-90GP-1 gas turbine engines of 84-00-802-08 version in the structure of GTES of Lyantorskoye, Russinskoye, Bittemskoye, Luk'yavinskoye deposit oil fields.
On the 1st November 2009 full operating time of GTU-4P gas turbines from the start of operation accounts 370 127 hours. The total amount of D-30EU-2 engines is 8 units. (2 of them are in the revolving fond of Surgutneftegaz.)
On the beginning of November 2009 full operating time of GTU-12Ps accounts 787 411 hours, the total amount of PS-90GP-1 engines is 23 units:
- 7 engines of 84-00-802-07 version (1 engine is in revolving fond);
- 16 engines of 84-00-802-08 version (3 engines are in the Company's revolving fond).
On the 1st November 2009 full power of gas turbine engines developed by Perm Design Bureau accounts 9 200 MW.
On the 1st November 2009 operating time of the high-time engines accounts:
- D-30EU-2 - 59 245 hours;
- PS-90GP-1 - 51 781 hours.
During the operation in Surgutneftegaz OJSC from 2000 year till now the gas turbine engines designed by Perm Design Bureau proved themselves to be high technology and efficient equipment.
Specialists of the elaborator and series producing plant, Aviadvigatel OJSC and Perm Engine Company OJSC, carry out continuously monitoring of engines technical state in the GT gensets.
It allows to make decisions quickly concerning equipment operation. The important part for technical solutions is played by recommendations of manufacturing plant that carries out technical support of gas turbine equipment according to the concluded contracts.
Luk’yavinskaya GT genset GTES-36.Surgutneftegaz OJSCIn 2007 specialists developed and fulfilled the project on reconstruction of starting system of six PS-90GP-1 GT engines in the structure of the GT gensets of Bittemskaya and Luk'yavinskaya deposit oilfields. A transition from hydraulic starting system to pneumatic detander one has considerably reduced number of unsuccessful starts and provides smooth and reliable start of PS-90GP-1 engines in a wide temperature range of surrounding air.
During the operation of PS-90GP-1 engines from the commissioning of GTU-12P gas turbines (in 2004 year) team of specialist from Aviadvigatel OJSC, Perm Engine Company OJSC and Surgutneftegaz carried out giant scope of works on analysis of technical condition of GT engines during their operation in structure of GTU.
The mentioned analysis has formed a basis for complex of measures for modernization of PS-90GP-1 engine and also has given an opportunity to optimize operation of engines on Surgutneftegaz facilities in West Siberia.
