Mikhail Dmitrievich Dicheskul
Born on September 22, 1953, in Perm. In 1975 graduated from the Perm State Technical Institute, majoring in "Aviation Engines" and with honours standing. After graduating from the Institute he came to work at the Engine Design Bureau (now - OJSC "Aviadvigatel") as a design engineer.
Since January 1983 he held the position of the Experimental Group Leader and since April 1988 he occupied the position of the Deputy Head of the Development Design Department, the Principal Design Engineer. In October 1988 he was appointed the Deputy Director for Economics of the Design Bureau Experimental Works.
From 1992 till 1996 Mr. Dicheskul has been working as a Vice-President of OJSC "Permavia", then Stock Commercial Bank "Bis-Credit", Financial Director of "AVIM", which is a prototype of OJSC "Perm Engine Company".
In 1996 he organized and chaired Perm branch of "United Technologies International Operations", the Representation Office of the UTC corporation, one of the largest in the USA. He was in charge of establishing business cooperation of OJSC "Perm Motors", OJSC "Aviadvigatel" and Pratt and Whitney (a subsidiary of UTC), which was of paramount importance in surviving and developing of production and engineering potential of Perm engine enterprises during the period of the market economy establishment.
Since 1999 he has been working as the Deputy Director for Marketing, Sales and Service and since 2003 - the Managing Director of OJSC "Perm Engine Company". In 2004 he has been appointed the Deputy General Director for Marketing, Sales and Service of Perm Motors Group Management Company. From November 1, 2007, he is again at the post of the Managing Director of OJSC "Perm Engine Company." Mr. Dicheskul is a Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences for Aviation and Aeronautics.
