Based on the Company's Charter and decision made by extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of January 21, 2009 the single executive body powers of the Company (General Director) were delegated to UNITED ENGINE BUILDING CORPORATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY Company LLC as set forth in the Contract.
From February, 10 2010 UNITED ENGINE BUILDING CORPORATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLC was reorganized into UNITED ENGINE BUILDING CORPORATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY OJSC.
The headcount for 2009 is 2 647 employees.
The developed engines and gas turbines are serially produced by two manufacturers: PERM ENGINE COMPANY and "SATURN" SPA (Rybinsk).
