Aviadvigatel OJSC. Designer`s Supervision of Operation
Specialists of Aviadvigatel Operations Department render designer`s supervision of aero engines operation in close cooperation with specialists of Customer Support Office of Perm Engine Company to ensure safe and reliable operation of aero engines, to enhance their maintenance technologies in operation and to improve their operational and technical performance. To achieve these goals the following tasks are fulfilled:
- Development and updating of operational & engineering documentation on issues relating to maintenance. The operational & engineering documentation can be as follows: Operation Manuals, Flight Crew Operation Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Flight Test Procedures, Technical Requirements, Resolutions etc.
- Pilot and mass operation supervision.
- Participation in aviation accidents investigation and malfunctions of aero machines.
- Rendering designer`s supervision of aero engines operation.
- Rendering designer`s supervision of the D-30 engines family overhaul.
- Rendering engineering support of the D-30 engine production and overhaul at the mass-production plant.
- Issue of documents for extension of life and service period of engines in operation on the basis of on-condition approach.
- Review of current information about aero machines operation.
- Prompt settling of issues arising at operators.
- Management and support of works aimed at elimination of defects revealed in operation.
- Management and support of works aimed at new Maintenance procedures improvement and implementation.
- Rendering consultations for operator`s flight and engineering departments specialists on issues regarding operation, design and maintenance of Aviadvigatel engines.
- Management and execution of works on a contractual basis for operators regarding technical issues settling.
