Operational & engineering documentation development
For newly created aero engines and PS-90À engine modifications Maintenance Manuals are made in on-line digital format using TG Builder software. And in this case at Customer`s request the Maintenance Manual can be supplied in digital format on CD or in hard copy.
For industrial gas turbines Maintenance Manuals are developed using up-to-date computer technologies and supplied to a Customer in hard copy.
Operational documentation is updated based on service bulletins and this is caused by upgrade of aero engines and industrial gas turbines design and improvement of their maintenance procedures and measures aimed at their reliability and failure-safety enhancement. Such service bulletins are issued 2...4 times per year depending on number and importance of issues which need to be reflected in the updated operational documentation.
If any issue need to be settled in operation promptly, service bulletins are issued to be a guide for operation of aero engines and industrial turbines until these bulletins are valid and amendments are implemented into the main documentation.
Operational documentation is supplied to operators together with the products or by the product supplier (by Perm Engine Company or Aviadvigatel OJSC) if requested by the Customer.
